I am a corporate transactional attorney with a focus on innovative companies. I work with entrepreneurs, executives and investors in support of such companies. My clients include public companies, private companies and start-ups and venture and private equity investors. I additionally focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and a variety of other corporate matters. I also have a background in entertainment-based corporate transactions (including intellectual property transactions, talent agreements, sponsorship and promotional matters) and cannabis industry transactions. I previously toured and worked in the music business running VIP events and handling certain promoter management matters on the road for bands such as Madonna, The Rolling Stones, The Police, Aerosmith, Barbra Streisand, Aguilera, Van Halen and others.
