Carla is an experienced senior financial accountant with over 15 years of experience in financial advisory and accounting consultation as well as financial statement audit. 

Carla has led projects and audits with publicly traded, private and government organizations with project teams of up to 20 people with different expertise and backgrounds. Carla brings a solution oriented approach, and is committed to delivering technical excellence and exceptional client service. 

Carla is knowledgeable in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE). 

Carla has extensive experience with complex business and accounting transactions and has advised clients on a number of finance function matters.
