Andrew Kingsdale is Of Counsel at the Law Offices of Omar Figueroa, where he represents California cannabis and hemp cultivators, distributors, and retailers. Andrew advises clients on business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property registration, brand and trade secret licensing, commercial leases, as well as obtaining and maintaining local permits and state licenses.  Before joining the Law Offices of Omar Figueroa, Andrew also litigated cases in federal and state courts, successfully advocating on behalf of businesses, consumers, and environmental non-profit organizations.  

Andrew graduated from Dartmouth College and earned his law degree with honors from Temple University School of Law.  During law school he interned at the United States Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and after law school Andrew he clerked for the Honorable Anita B. Brody (Eastern District of Pennsylvania).  Andrew is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and Massachusetts.
