Description

While France is known as the second largest hemp producer in the world, it remains one of the less developed cannabis markets. Nevertheless with the launch of the pilot program on medical cannabis in March 2021 and the expected changes in the CBD regulation following the CJEU’s decision of November 19, 2020, more and more companies are exploring options and opportunities to enter the French market where substantial growth is expected to be seen in the coming years. The purpose of this webinar is to provide a clear overview of the current regulatory landscape in France on both medical cannabis and wellness hemp/CBD and to answer some frequently asked questions in order to provide some practical tips as to what can be done or not and what to expect in the near future.
