Adi lectures at various Universities in Israel, on Law, curt ruling, and regulation in the Cannabis field on behalf of the Ministry of Health, as part of bachelor’s degree programs in pharmacy, master’s degree in clinical pharmacy, for nurses and doctors, as well as giving lectures at various conventions and events in the field of Cannabis, law, and business.

For 8 years, Adi worked in the Tax department at Ernst & Young – Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer (2006-2014), and within this framework she managed at the field of employee benefits, including the following topics: tax arrangements with the taxing authorities regarding employee benefits; employee benefits solutions adapted to Israeli and multinational companies; ongoing support, planning and preparation of employee compensation plans, including for technology companies; taxation of shares and stock options in accordance with tax laws and accounting principles in various legal methods, focusing on the US and Europe.
