Sasha has over 15 years of experience in business consulting, recruiting, and HR consulting. She has worked with many types of companies from non-profit to production, with a focus in cannabis.

Sasha earned her MBA and master’s in psychology, both of which further strengthen her HR knowledge base. She approaches HR from a business, psychological, and legal perspective. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and holds a CA HR Specialty certification (SHRM). In addition, she has certifications in OSHA for HR, Injury and Illness Prevention Plan creation, Six Sigma for Professionals, and Human Capital Management through ADP. She lives and breathes HR and loves helping businesses grow and thrive!
